## Acceptance criteria

- Create Account_Segment__c custom picklist field on Account object.
- Field label: Account Segment.
- Picklist values: Enterprise, Mid-Market, SMB.
- Default value: Mid-Market.
- Add field to all Account page layouts.
- Create Account_Segment_Required_For_Customer validation rule.
- Validation rule applies to all users.
- Customer accounts with blank Account Segment cannot be saved.
