# Design: Mention Jira assignee on every Agent Nova comment

## Goal

Every comment posted by Agent Nova should open with a real Jira **@mention** of the issue assignee (so they are notified), when an assignee exists.

## Decisions

| Unassigned | Post comment unchanged (no mention) |
| Placement | Centralized in `JiraClient.add_comment` |

## Implementation

1. Extend `JiraIssue` with `assignee_account_id` and `assignee_display_name`.
2. `HttpJiraClient.get_issue` requests `assignee` field.
3. `HttpJiraClient.add_comment`: fetch issue, if assignee present prepend ADF mention paragraph to `text_to_adf(body)`.
4. `MockJiraClient`: same behavior using seeded assignee; record mention in posted comment body for tests.
5. Tests for mention present / absent.

## Out of scope

- Fallback to reporter or fixed account when unassigned
- Plain-text "Assigned to:" line in addition to @mention
